Welcome to the Mystic Yogi’s page – offering the perfect program for beginners and seasoned yogis alike! My mission is to bring you an engaging, fun and transformative practice experience with an emphasis on mysticism and the 8 limbs of yoga. I strive to provide clear, enjoyable instructions that will help improve your health and well-being, while deepening your understanding of yourself and the universe.

Yoga practices with the Mystic Yogi are held Monday through Friday at 6:45 am ET online via on FaceBook, Instagram, and YouTube practicing a slow approach to yoga, so as not to strain your body.  Next we move into exploration of stretching and strengthening asanas that increase flexibility and build core strength. The practice then culminates in relaxation techniques such as shavasana (corpse pose), where we become slightly conscious of the mind body connection while allowing breath to deepen the inner connection to our spiritual selves.

The Mystic Yogi provides support on this journey by offering useful advice on safely transitioning from one posture to another and providing insights in mysticism and ways to enhance your spirituality along the way. After each class practice you will feel both invigorated and relieved – ready for deep relaxation or further exploration into more challenging postures coupled with thought provoking lessons in mysticism.
