You may be wondering what exactly Yoga Discovery entails - it's not just about getting into poses that look cool on Instagram or Facebook videos (although those do happen). When practiced correctly each pose should flow into another with ease. We work in slow movements so as to have better control over our muscles and our balance. That is why we practice "SlowMo Yoga" at aRicherMe. It helps to prevent injury and keeps us more tuned in to our body's language.
Yoga, Circulation, and Energy
Yoga can be an excellent way to help you feel more energized and refreshed. Not only will it increase your energy levels, but also improve the function of key organs in our body such as the lungs or heart with its cardio-Vedic techniques which promote circulation while breathing exercises target tension release through deep relaxation methods like Kapalabhati (dive into water) to improve respiratory function.
Kapalbhati pranayama (healing breath) is also known as the ‘breath of fire. To break it down, the word kapala means skull and bhaati shines or illuminates in Hindi; Pranayam means breathing technique which helps you to get more oxygen into your body when exercising so that calories are burned faster while still providing enough nutrients for muscle activation during intense workouts.
